Here’s an overview of our main types of visits, simplified for clarity.
Double-up Visits
For clients with more complex needs or where tasks require additional support, we offer Double-up Visits, involving two trained carers attending each visit together. This service ensures safety, dignity, and comfort during care routines that cannot be safely carried out by a single carer.
Single Visits
Our Single Visits provide personal, one-to-one care from a trained and compassionate carer. These visits are ideal for clients who require regular support with daily living activities but do not need personal assistance or help with domestic activities and mobility from more than one person.
Sitting Service
Our Sitting Service offers friendly, supportive supervision for clients who may not need active care but would benefit from company, reassurance, or a watchful presence while their regular carer or family member takes a well-earned break.
